WHY IS RESIDENCE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION (RPNA) IMPORTANT?

• The Association helps maintain the residential nature and character of the neighborhood, which improves Residence Park and helps keep our house values up

• The Association has a voice in the development and improvement of the City of New Rochelle, particularly Residence Park, working with our local council members and City government

• The Association is very active in community service, including neighborhood beautification, awarding scholarships each year, and hosting community events.
