You are cordially invited to join RPNA at our General Meeting. Come and have a snack while you meet your neighbors and talk about shared issues. Then we’ll listen to speeches from people whose work is very important to our beloved neighborhood.

Eugenia Schatoff
New Rochelle Public Library Director
Ms. Schatoff will oversee the continued revitalization of the library, with a renewed emphasis on ensuring the library is a best-in-class facility, expanding programming and services to meet the needs of the diverse and growing New Rochelle community, and strengthening community partnerships.

Dr. Corey Reynolds
New Rochelle School District Superintendent
Dr. Reynolds currently devotes each day to the betterment of scholarship and aids in the development of the leaders of tomorrow as the Superintendent of Schools and Chief Executive Officer of the City School District of New Rochelle. It is his belief that, “Education is not a profession, it’s a calling.”

Paul Vacca
New Rochelle Commissioner of Buildings
As Commissioner of Buildings, Mr. Vacca oversees the Zoning Board, construction inspection and code enforcement, plan review, and departmental administration including the work of 15 staff members and an annual budget of over $2 million. In support of downtown revitalization, he conducts site plan reviews for all DOZ projects, issues permits for all tower cranes, and coordinates informational updates with department heads and City staff.
